Sweet potato fries for toddlers

A quick, easy, and healthy vegetable recipe for your toddler. Sweet potatoes are some of the most nutritious vegetables, boasting high levels of Vitamin A, C, and manganese. Ingredients:
- 2 sweet potatoes or yams
- extra virgin olive oil
- fresh or dried thyme
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Wash sweet potatoes and cut into sticks or wedges
- Place in a shallow roasting dish
- Drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat
- Sprinkle with dried thyme or chopped fresh thyme
- Bake until browned and tender, turning once, about 20 minutes total.
